Bruce: Hey Vilan.

Kevin: [Holding dead flowers] Hey. They died beautiful.

Bruce: Nasty.

Kevin: They'll look good... in some room.

[Dave comes in and they all sit around a table.]

Bruce: Hey guy. I made your favorite. Vegetarian chili.

Dave: Great. I better pass the salt, then.

Bruce: Oh, Vilan, before you do, why don't we make the light a little more conducive to dining.

[He presses a button on a remote and strobe lights start flashing.]

Kevin: Far out. [Starts making crazy arm movements.]

[Dave looks at his parents in mystification.]
